Exceldor Coopérative and its affiliates (“Exceldor”) value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
When you provide personal information to us through our site or on the sites of our affiliates, we assume that you agree to this information being processed in the manner described in this policy
What is the scope of the policy?
This policy concerns you. It describes how we collect, use, communicate and protect your personal information when you browse or provide it to us on one of our websites. This policy also contains information on how you can exercise your rights, for example, to access your information or have it corrected.

If you are under the age of consent under the laws applicable to your place of residence, please do not provide us with any personal information without the express consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your children have provided us with personal information, please contact us using the contact information in the How to Contact us? section

We collect your personal information, especially when you:

- you create an account on our members’ portal and log in; and
- otherwise provide us with personal information, in particular by completing the various contact forms.

How long do we keep your personal information?

Where do we store your personal information?
We store the personal information of staff members and candidates on our servers in Canada.
If we disclose personal information outside of Quebec, where privacy laws may differ, we will ensure that your information has a level of protection equivalent to that in Quebec, for example by using contractual measures and carrying out a privacy impact assessment.
How do we protect your personal information?
We implement reasonable procedures and security measures to ensure the protection of your personal information, whether it is stored on our servers or with one of our service providers.
However, no security measure is absolute or fully guaranteed. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you believe that the security or accuracy of the information you have provided to us has been compromised), please contact us immediately at the address indicated in the How to Contact us? section.
What rights do you have regarding your personal information?
We may ask you to provide proof of identity before responding to your request. This identifying information will only be used for this purpose.
